Refund Policy

Subscriptions

ClutchOdds subscriptions (Pro, VIP) are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your account.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation is immediate. Access to paid features is revoked as soon as you confirm cancellation. No prorated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period.
  • Downgrades from VIP to Pro take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep VIP access until then.
  • Upgrades from Pro to VIP take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our side — refunded in full.
  • Service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a failure on our side — refunded prorated for the affected period on request.
  • Unauthorized charges — refunded after verification.

Outside these cases, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy — predictions are educational and never guaranteed.

Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting your subscription you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once we begin providing the service.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@clutchodds.app with your account email and the charge date. We respond within 5 business days.
