By creating an account or using ClutchOdds (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using ClutchOdds you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Service

ClutchOdds is an educational analytics platform. We provide predictive insights, statistical models, confidence scores, and commentary about sporting events for informational purposes only.

• ClutchOdds is not a sportsbook and does not accept, place, broker, or facilitate any form of wager.
• Predictions are not guarantees. Past performance does not indicate future results.
• Any decision you make based on content from ClutchOdds is your own responsibility.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Pro, VIP) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. Taxes are calculated automatically based on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation revokes access immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or republish the Service or its content; use it to harass others; or use it in any jurisdiction where its use would be illegal.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, models, branding, and software are owned by ClutchOdds or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or availability. We are not liable for outcomes of sporting events or any losses you incur based on information from the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
